You could go with the bed-head tousled locks but remember, that look is more often than not, carefully crafted as well. Take the time to make it look tidy (even if it is in a bed-head way!) 4/2/2005 - Hair texture Treat your hair well….always use conditioner after you shampoo…avoid too many chemicals in your hair….whatever you use, get quality……there is nothing like a free lunch. And please , it's ok to use oil, but not to the point where someone next to you can smell it on you! 4/1/2005 - Hair coloring and highlights. Do not color your naturally black hair completely blonde. Here's why. Most oriental hair will turn yellow and not blond; also your eyebrows, eyelashes, and body hair still remain black. To us, that's just tacky. We think black hair is gorgeous. But, if you want to try something new, find a stylist who has experience with asian hair. You could try highlights in darker tones. My partner is always trying to get me to put red highlights in my jet black hair. You may even be able to get away with blonde highlights if you have the right skin tone. |
